BREAK THROUGH I IMIGNITE konferencije u Zagrebu i Budimpešti
U jesen 2023. radili smo kao dio organizacijskog teama na međunarodnoj konferenciji BREAK THROUGH u Areni Zagreb a u veljači 2024. za istog klijenta odradili smo još jednu konferenciju pod nazivom IMIGNITE od 5000 sudionika u sportskoj areni Laszlo Papp u Budimpešti. Za oba projekta organizirali smo, educirali i koordinirali timove od 20-27 mladih ljudi koji su odradili odgovorne poslove registracije svih sudionika konferencije, VIP i REGULAR, na temelju provjere njihovih osobnih dokumenata te prodaju suvenira u krugu dvorane. Obje 5-dnevne konferencije prošle su bez ikakvih poteškoća i u odličnom raspoloženju.
BREAK THROUGH & IMIGNITE CONFERENCES – ZAGREB & BUDAPEST
In the fall of 2023, we were part of the organizational team for the international BREAK THROUGH conference held at Arena Zagreb. A few months later, in February 2024, we supported the same client with another major event — the IMIGNITE conference, which gathered over 5,000 participants at the László Papp Sports Arena in Budapest.
For both projects, we organized, trained, and coordinated teams of 20–27 young professionals who handled key operational tasks: registration of all conference attendees (VIP and Regular) based on ID verification, as well as merchandise sales within the arena.
Both five-day conferences ran smoothly and successfully — filled with great energy, teamwork, and positive spirit throughout. 🌍✨
